Role Summary/Purpose: | The Commercial Leadership Program (CLP) is an intensive 2-year entry-level development program requiring 3 rotational assignments in sales roles to accelerate the growth and development of exceptional talents. It prepares candidates for a successful career in sales by providing the opportunity to learn about our products, industry, and customers while making valuable contributions to the organization. |
Essential Responsibilities: | As a member of the Commercial Leadership Progam you will develop practical and innovative ways to identify and meet goals. In this role you will be responsible for work that is less defined in scope, utilize your understanding and experience to execute business objectives, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals. The Commercial Leadership Program (CLP) seeks to accelerate the growth and development of exceptional talent through a dynamic sales curriculum that promotes the specialized knowledge and skills inherent to GE’s future sales leaders · Leveraging GE’s boundaryless selling environment, the Program offers a framework where Members can harness their outstanding communication, leadership, and technical skills to develop and demonstrate an understanding of quality customer partnerships · Reaching beyond the simple selling of products and services, Program graduates master the ability to provide wing-to-wing solutions and add value for both GE and its customers · CLP offers one 3-month pre-assignment and three 7 months assignments in different roles, which cover different products, regions and customers in China. |
Qualifications/Requirements: | Closely work with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable products to address those needs. Build strong relationship with local distributor, end user or design institute under different sales scenario Strictly follow internal policy and GE compliance standard Will travel within and across the region Fresh graduates or 1-2 years sales experience in related area with Bachelor Degree in Engineering Fields, majored in Electrics/Electronics, mechanical etc. ? Familiar with project sales or flow sales models and techniques are preferred; ? Passionate in sales career, willing to take challenge roles and work under pressure ? Geographic mobility all over China; willing to travel ? Strong communication & interpersonal skills, good team player ? Demonstrates GE value Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Able to coordinate multi tasks concurrently Geographic flexibility and global mindset Fluent in Oral and written English |
