We are the Information Technology Leadership Program. ?About ITLP Emphasizes leadership as an output of the program, and highlights application of knowledge first - Aligns well with GE Works campaign ?not just imagining, but doing. - The program initiates hands on engagement to create and make things happen? driving force with emphasis on technical experiences and business concepts. Program disciplines include: Technology - Data integration / management - Network operations - Business Intelligence - IT Security - Application development and testing - Mobile technology & applications Business Skills: - Cross-functional ERP project management - Designing systems for usability - Business case and concepts discussions IT Essentials: - IT Audit and Controllership - Designing secure applications and testing rigor - Testing and defect management simulation Technical Training: - Web app formatting for mobile devices - Security hacking workshop - System controls audit - Mobile application development ITLP is a 2 years leadership program to create such an excellent leader. - 2-year rotational program offering 4 challenging 6-month assignments. - Learn effective project management method through projects. - Build foundation on –Leadership, Business and special knowledge. |
| Qualifications/Requirements: | ??????????????????????????????? ??????? 3.0 ??? GPA SQL ??????????????????????? (Java ??) ?????????????????????????? - Bachelor's or Master's degree Majoring in and has a demonstrated passion for IT-related field. - 0-3 years of IT related work experience. - Unrestricted authorization to work in Japan. - Native level of fluency in Japanese and fluent English. - Strong analytical and influencing skills and desire to grow as a leader. - A strong commitment to a career in technology and passion/aptitude for IT. - Eager to learn about new technologies and how to apply them to solve business problems. - Demonstrated problem solving abilities. - Has a leadership-oriented, business curiosity and ambition to make things happen - Driven to build a career designing, building, and implementing technical solutions for business success. |
