Role Summary/Purpose: | "Information Technology Leadership Program" (ITLP) is a 2 year leadership development program designed as the primary entry point into the GE information technology community. The Program consists of four six-month assignments |
Essential Responsibilities: | - Full-time, two-year program where participants choose from multiple assignments, focusing on system implementations, technical design and architecture and operational excellence.
- As a key pipeline for future leaders of GE's world-class global IT organization, the Information Technology Leadership Program delivers continued education with over 12 weeks of technical (e.g., Java, HTML, mobile, SQL, DBA, data warehousing, business intelligence, et al), project management (waterfall and Scrum), and leadership training over the two years.
- Global classroom experience and virtual coursework in advanced information technology concepts, finance, leadership and business.
- You will gain real experience to drive some of GE's strategic business initiatives, working closely with global business leaders.
- Each assignment and training experience is global allowing participants to travel to other countries, work with colleagues from around the world and make an impact on products and services that make the world better.

Qualifications/Requirements: | - Major Degree Information Technology
- Minimum overall
4.0 GPA - Demonstrated passion for IT-related field
- 0-2 years of IT related work experience
- Strong analytical and influencing skills and desire to grow as a leader
- A strong commitment to a career in technology and passion/aptitude for IT
- Eager to learn about new technologies and how to apply them to solve business problems
- Demonstrated problem solving abilities
- Has a leadership-oriented, business curiosity and ambition to make things happen
- Driven to build a career designing, building, and implementing technical solutions for business success
- Native fluency in Russian and Fluent English
