Role Summary/Purpose: The Renewable Energy Leadership Program accelerates the development of renewable energy-focused talent through a structured program combining job assignments, leadership training and interactive seminars. In this program, members complete three or four position rotations within a two-year period in GE's Renewable Energy on-shore business.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Complete 3 to 4 challenging rotations focused on business blueprint priorities

- Lead projects and processes in a variety of functions across the Renewables Business, including Supply Chain Operations, Commercial Operations, Product Management, Project Management, Services, Marketing and others.

- Participate in a comprehensive leadership development program, including classroom training, mentoring, networking, exposure, and a structured performance evaluation process

- Be part of cohesive, global community of RELP program members and alumni
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ work experience in services, project management, or product line in Wind or Energy industry

- Bachelors in Engineering or Renewable technology

- Masters in Business Administration or other related field is preferred

- Willingness to complete rotations in GE's Renewable businesses, possibility to complete 1 rotation outside of China.

- Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
