Role Summary/Purpose: The Organization adn Staffing manager will lead, oversee and support organization design & effectiveness, talent development, workforce planning and provide HR client support to all enabling functions in CTC.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide overall HR leadership to all enabling functions in CTC, including talent & capability development, employee engagement, staffing, coaching and performance development, etc.

- Drive talent development programs across businesses in CTC to build strong leadership bench and technical pipeline, including diversity development

- Work with HR team to foster knowledge sharing and transfer of best practices

- Work closely with leadership and HR team to create a healthy and reliable work environment for the purpose of achieving a high level of employee satisfaction & engagement

- Work with leadership team on ad-hoc projects in addressing organizational issues & managing organization changes.

- Work with O&TD community on global and regional talent programs roll out and talent imperatives.

- Benchmark and learn external market practices on talent development and engagement
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Have advanced degrees in business administration and/or psychology.

- Proven HR leadership experience in driving organization effectiveness and changes

- Strategic thinking and open minded

- Strong analytic skill and project management experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to proactively communicate at all levels of an organization, both internal and external

- Exceptional persuasion and influencing abilities

- Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team
