Role Summary/Purpose: As a member of the Commercial Leadership Program you will develop practical and innovative ways to identify and meet goals. In this role you will be responsible for work that is less defined in scope, utilize your understanding and experience to execute business objectives, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.
Essential Responsibilities:
- The Commercial Leadership Program (CLP) seeks to accelerate the growth and development of exceptional talent through a dynamic curriculum that promotes the specialized knowledge and skills inherent to GE’s future leaders

- CLP offers three eight-month or four six-month rotational assignments complimented with advanced sales training, business and leadership courses, mentoring and career planning during two years

- Leveraging GE’s boundary less environment, the Program offers a framework where Members can harness their outstanding communication, leadership, and technical skills to develop and demonstrate strategic marketing capabilities.

- Perform data analytic of Healthcare sector

- Provide effective support to business leaders to define and develop marketing strategy.

- Provide market insight to regional marketing team, identify market growth trends, define strategic product segmentation.

- Support business leaders execute marketing campaigns and strategies
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college

- Minimum cumulative
8.0 GPA on a
10.0 scale or global equivalent

- Strong communication (oral and written), interpersonal and leadership skills

- 3+ years relevant work experience (marketing, business, consulting, business development). Preference for work experience with strong emphasis on quantitative and qualitative analysis.

- Ability and adaptability to work in complex organizational structure, cross border environment.

- Fluency in English

- Strong competency in PowerPoint and Excel.
