Role Summary/Purpose:
Essential Responsibilities: The Lead Services Program Manager demonstrates leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for an area or business segment. In this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.
· Work with the Services Master Black Belt to establish plans and process to impact the critical elements across the service account
· Communicate progress, status, and issues to quality organization
· Provide the technical skills and leadership to organize, plan, and implement detail work scopes with schedules and planned expenditures for maintenance, overhaul, maintenance facilities, and related equipment
· Provide team building, technical leadership, and direction to the customer, project, and alliances, as well as all contributing resources
· Develop, implement, and maintain operating plans for each assigned program or customer
· Provide direction and leadership to interfacing organizations in the initiation and implementation of programs
· Assure periodic program reviews are conducted with customer(s)
· Monitor the customer for feedback and insure resources are applied to program to meet commitments
· Provide for the most efficient use of company assets in pursuit of corrective actions or improvements
· Provide direction / training for all customer interfaces for specific application, including performance, work scope, cost, and forecast
· Take a leadership role in the definition of elements and recommendations supporting the overall best interest of both the customer and the company
· Assure customer satisfaction is maintained thruough timely and accurate responses to customer issues
· Effectively communicate and influence other programs with their interactions and relationships to insure proper resources are applied
Qualifications/Requirements: · Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
· At least 3 additional years of experience in warranty, manufacturing, support equipment, business support, or logistics

Desired Characteristics: · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred · Strong oral and written communication skills · Strong interpersonal and leadership skills · PC proficiency · Commitment to customer satisfaction · Established project management and analytical abilities · Sound technical judgment · Able to interface at all levels, both internally and externally
